Nurse Sharks and the Police Diving Vieques
What do you do on Vieques after you go to the police station. SCUBA Dive of Course. After 3 trips to the POPO to try to get a police report on our borrowed Scooter the team decided they needed a dive.
So off we went looking for a couple of new Dive spots. We sure found a couple. The First spot sports some very deep overhangs and what do we find. Yes, Mark is the Shark Whisperer so a very large Nurse Shark, some huge Carribean Crabs and more. We marked it and now have named it Lion (yes there were a couple of Lion fish).
2nd dive was just off the lighthouse and we dug in and cruised the whole reef. Viz not so good but what do you know the Shark Whisper found another 7+ foot Nurse Shark sleeping. We found a couple of very large... No huge Moray Eels, Green as can be. We also had a school of Wrase follow us the whole time.
