SCUBA Diving Vieques Today we hit Triple 80s
Today we hit the Triple 80s today while SCUBA Diving Vieques. 80 Degree Air Temp, 80 Degree Water Temp and 80 feet of Viz. Add Phi's group, Doug, John a Spotted Eagle Ray and a Hog fish. Perfect.
We dropped down and started our dive then out of nowhere a Spotted Eagle Ray came by. Not the biggest we have seen but easy 4 feet across and curios. It did a fly by then it slowed down and got close then off into the distance. Sure enough a few minutes later it circled us for quite awhile. In fact John had to get out of it's way to avoid a collision. Captains, remember there are no collisions.
Dive 2 had us checking out the small stuff but as John was starting through the swim through. Stop... A giant Green moray was right in the middle. We have never seen it there before and sure it was as surprised as we were.
After the dives we had a couple of snorkelers for the afternoon, Lena and Raf fantastic snrokels at Media Luna and we got to see a couple of Spotted Eagle Rays doing there thing. Hmm.. today we were the Spotted Eagle Ray Whisper.
I hope you all had a great time because we sure did.
